Publication of the Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center “Azerbaijani States in History” was published in a pocket format in English.
“Azerbaijani States in History” books, which previously published in Azerbaijani, English, Armenian, Georgian, Ukrainian, and Moldavian languages with initiation of the President of ACSDA, MP Elkhan Suleymanov, were distributed among the participants of Euronest Parliament Assembly session held in Baku. In the book, besides the brief information about the historical Azerbaijani states, maps of those states also were inserted. Regarding the great interest of readers toward the book, it has been published for the second time in Azerbaijani and English languages.

From the first day the book caused objection of the Armenian mass media. Delirium articles were published in Armenian press against the book. Such kind of article recently was published in “Yerkir” newspaper of Armenia, on October 2, 2013. These facts already have showed that the book reached its aim. Related to this target, it was decided to publish English version of the book in order to provide its intensive distribution in abroad.
Author of the project is MP from Shamakhi Elkhan Suleymanov, advisor Ilyas Babayev, Associate Member of the Academy of Science, advisor of the “Publications of the Heydar Aliyev Heritage Research Center” series Asef Nadirov, member of the Academy of Science, head of the creative group is PhD in political sciences Fuad Babayev.
