“ELS” Center for Independent Researches has published the “exit poll” results carried out during the parliamentary elections. According to the APA, director of the Center Irada Yagubova stated that they held “exit poll” in 1180 polls in 118 constituencies. 2,360 interviewers, about 300 employees and supervisors at headquarters were involved in researches.
As the result of to “exit poll”, Elkhan Suleymanov from Shamakhi Constituency number 85 received 60 percent of the votes and won the elections.
