Meeting with the electorate of Charhan village in October 17

The candidate Elkhan Suleymanov standing for the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan from Shamakhi Constituency number 85 held a meeting with the people of Charhan in October 17.

The director of the secondary school number 2 Islam Bakhshiyev, advocate of the candidate, opened the ceremony. Afterwards, the candidate focused on existing problems of Shamakhi, which is the intellectual center of historical Azerbaijani land, by stating that the problems assigned need to be eliminated for the public and they stand challenging before the political circle.

Mr. Suleymanov informed that the survey was conducted in the region in order to study existing  problems. Afterwards, the candidate spoke about the problems that hamper living conditions of people of the region and put forward his plans on their elimination. Eventually, he asked the electorate to actively participate in the elections.

 

 

After the candidate’s speech his advocates, well-known producer Sheykh Abdul Mahmudbeyov, Doctor of medical science, prof. Afar Afandiyev, chairman of the Council of Veterans of Shamakhi Agarza Bayramov and head of Youth and Sports Department of Shamakhi region Shahmar Huseynov thoroughly informed the electorate on the candidate.

After the advocates’ speeches Magarif from Charhan village welcomed the candidate and extolled his life and acitivity. Magarif extended his gratitude to Mr Suleymanov for his endeavor to study the problems of the region and their solutions. Moreover, he informed the candidate of expectations of the people living in the region.

 

Furthermore, Sanan from Malikchobanli village, Tofig and Madina from Adnali village talked about the problems that impede their living conditions, and ultimately they put forward some proposals for their solutions. 

 

Afterwards, the candidate Elkhan Suleymanov standing for the Parliament of the Republic of Azerbaijan from Shamakhi Constituency number 85 held a meeting with the electorate of Mirikend, Garaveli, Maljak, Meysery, Gurdtepe, Muganli, Shirvan, Sagiyan and Sharadil villages in the cultural center of Mirikend village. The electorate informed the candidate of elimination of problems they faced.

 

After the two meetings the candidate made his remark on proposals made by the electorate. In the end, a concert was organized for the participants.
